Refund Policy

The Complete Backyard Self-Sufficiency Guide is a digital product (PDF) delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately after payment.
• You waive any statutory right of withdrawal once you download or access the file.
• No refund will be issued after the PDF has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or opening the file, please contact us and we will help you access your purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges. If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction so we can investigate.

Approved refunds, when issued, are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), back to the original payment method.
