These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website theheirloomvault.com (the "Site") and your purchase of The Complete Backyard Self-Sufficiency Guide (the "Product") from The Heirloom Vault ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital guide delivered as a PDF file. It is provided for personal, educational use only.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link for the PDF. If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

4. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the PDF for your own personal use. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, rent, lease, or share the Product;
  • upload it to any public or shared platform;
  • modify, translate, or create derivative works for commercial purposes;
  • remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with The Heirloom Vault.

5. Refunds

Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Gardening, food-preservation, and self-sufficiency results vary based on climate, soil, experience, and many other factors. You are responsible for following local laws and trusted food-safety guidance. The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Heirloom Vault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation.
